12 Million Bottling Plant Completed. Updating Coverage on Tinley (TNY, TNYBF) Beverage.
10-24. In early September, after three years of quietly assembling one of the most powerful and experienced teams of beverage industry experts in the country, Tinley announced it completed it’s highly awaited and desperately needed THC bottling facility just south of Los Angeles.
The Tinley team is now setting their sites on being among the first to help 100’s of new cannabis start-up brands – get bottled and launched over the next 30 years and Tinley is off to a great start.
10-22. The Tinley Beverage Company Inc. (the “Company” or “Tinley”) is delighted to announce that BevMo!, one of the most prominent liquor retailers in California, will now carry cannabis-free versions of the Company’s beverages in California, Arizona and Washington. These products are expected to be shipped prior to the December holiday season.
This new expansion to mainstream retail gives Tinley an opportunity to apply its formulations and designs across the $550 billion nation-wide, mainstream beverage market, enabling significant additional opportunity beyond the Company’s rapidly-growing cannabis revenue.
8-29. The Tinley Beverage Company Inc. (the “Company” or “Tinley”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the buildout of its Phase 3 permanent facility in Long Beach, California.
The state-of-the-art facility is purpose-built for formulation, batching and co-packing of a variety of cannabis-infused beverages, as well as for the provision of branding, regulatory and beverage-specific DSD distribution-related services. The facility will also be used to produce the Company’s own Tinley-branded products, which began shipping to distributors from a phase 2 manufacturing facility in late Q2 2019.
Tinley (TNY.CN, TNYBF.US) Completes Planned Shipments and Provides Operational Update.
8-19. The Company has confirmed that the manufacturer of the Tinley-branded products (“Manufacturer”) shipped more than $200,000 of products to distributors’ facilities in June and July, plus additional amounts for sales and marketing samples. This quantity of inventory, which represents all five of the Company’s products, was shipped based on the quantity of products requested by various distributors.
The Company is conducting the buildout of a state of the art, purpose-built bottling facility under local authorization, which has been successfully granted by the City of Long Beach. The Company is pleased to be progressing through its licensing process as, and in certain respects, faster than expected. However, as previously disclosed, the process is still projected to extend somewhat beyond the completion of the buildout. This completion of the buildout is now anticipated in the coming weeks and, as a result, the date of the final commissioning of this facility is not impacted by elements of the buildout that remain in progress.
